SCREENPRINTING
We all have a favorite tshirt in our closet. If you want to stand out, shirt selection may make all the difference. We can supply a wide variety of shirts from just about any brand. Whether you are looking for a basic standard fit or a high end super soft ringspun shirt we can help get you wherever you are trying to go.

DIGITAL WIDE FORMAT
Using our 64" Mimaki UCJV UV wide format printer we can provide a huge variety of vinyl options. Whether you need a set of stickers for your merch table, a banner for your grand opening, a set of yard signs for an event…we have you covered.
SUBLIMATION
A printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye into material. This process allows for all over print and can be used for making team jerseys, flags, and more.
TYPES OF INKS
If you have specific color needs, please provide those pantone colors and we will do our best to match them.
Please keep in mind that colors on your screen may look different than on ours.
PLASTISOL INKS
Plastisol inks are the standard "basic" screen printing inks and usually the only option for most screen printers. They are the heaviest of the inks and are made to sit on top of the shirt. Plastisol does break down and crack over time with normal wear and washing. While this is not our preferred ink system, it definitely has its uses.
DISCHARGE INKS
Discharge inks provide the softest possible print. The discharge process removes the color from the shirt to the natural pre-dyed color and replaces it with the new color. We can use discharge in a variety of ways, as an underbase, pigmented or printed clear. Due to differences in the shirt dying process, discharged colors can vary from shirt to shirt. Not all shirt colors work with this system and some ink colors are unobtainable. Our discharge ink system works best on 100% cotton reactive dyed t-shirts.
WATERBASED INKS
Our Eco Waterbased ink system is often the best option when you are looking for a super soft / colorful print on light color tshirts. When printing on darker colors, our waterbased inks can be used to create a vintage look and feel. All of our waterbased ink colors are custom mixed and can also be modified to work on a variety of colors and blends.
ARTWORK/DESIGNS
Artwork files need to be vector(eps) or 300dpi at print size. Files with a low resolution may be blurry. If your shirt design needs halftones, please allow us to do those for you so they can be done in a way that works for screenprinting. There may be artwork fees if the files do not fit the criteria.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Good question...Let us know a little about your project and we will be happy to put a custom quote together for you. We do not charge setup or screen fees! Please include any details you have about the project such as shirt style, color, quantity, design locations / colors (preferably include the design) and your projected time frame.
HOW MANY SHIRTS DO I NEED TO ORDER?
There is more to screenprinting than just the printing. We have artwork, films, screens, machine setup/registration, ink selection/mixing, counting/boxing shirts. It is really a neat process to see, but takes time. Due to the time and setup involved, we have a minimum of 24 shirts for orders/reorders. As long as the setup is the same, the more shirts you order, the better your pricing may be.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY SHIRTS?
We always do our best to make sure that every order that comes through goes out with our best quality and accuracy. Please let us know within 72 hours if you are unhappy with something that was at the fault of Pandemic Printworks, and we will do what we can to make it right. Make sure to look over all paperwork before approval! *We do our best to inspect garments as they come in, but Pandemic Printworks is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
